The China M&A Awards recognise financial and legal advisory excellence in China-related deals and are based on analysis of Mergermarket’s league table data, with input from an independent judging panel of six industry experts and two professionals from Acuris.

The China M&A Awards recognise financial and legal advisory excellence in China-related deals and are based on analysis of Mergermarket’s league table data, with input from an independent judging panel of six industry experts and two professionals from Acuris.
From the financial adviser nominations, Mergermarket named China International Capital Corporation Ltd. the M&A Financial Adviser of the Year and Consumer M&A Financial Adviser of the Year.
In the legal adviser nominations, Fangda Partners won both M&A Legal Adviser of the Year and Financial Services M&A Legal Adviser of the Year. King & Wood Mallesons was named Mid-Market M&A Legal Adviser of the Year and M&A Legal Adviser of the Year in the Industrials & Chemicals category.
In the private equity sector, the Private Equity Deal of the Year was awarded 58.com Inc. for the 58.com consortium, while Kirkland & Ellis LLP won the Private Equity Legal Adviser of the Year. China Oil & Gas Pipeline Network Corporation (PipeChina) was named the M&A Deal of the Year.
